“Hot Chicken Swirls”

2 tubes (8 ounces each) Pillsbury® Refrigerated Reduced-Fat Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Louisiana-style hot sauce
Separate each tube of crescent dough into four rectangles; gently press perforations to seal. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spread evenly over rectangles. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal. Cut each into eight slices; place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375┬░ for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 64 appetizers.

“Tuna Cheese Melts”
3 cans (6 ounces) tuna, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 – 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3 cups (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
5 English muffins, split and toasted
Dash paprika
In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients; stir in 1 cup cheese. Spread over each muffin half; sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Place on a baking sheet. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 2-4 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Yield: 5 servings
